• “Thank you for partnering with the Extreme Community Makeover through your donation of 1500 square feet of sod towards one of our landscaping projects on May 31st. Companies such as Emerald Sod Farms make the work we are doing to improve Denver neighborhoods and to bring communities together possible. The Extreme Community Makeover is an initiative of Confluence Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our focus is to revitalize low-income neighborhoods in Denver as groups volunteer to adopt-a-block at a time by coming alongside community members to complete exterior home improvement projects including graffiti removal, landscaping, painting, yard work, and other projects. All work is done at no cost to the homeowners as the groups involved commit to come up with the necessary tools, resources, and supplies to complete the identified projects on the blocks they adopt.
