Emerald Sod Farms (ESF) provides turf/grass/sod and services for homeowners and commercial needs throughout the Rocky Mountain region. As the first sod farm ever to solid sod an entire golf course, ESF has continued to provide our customers with quality sod, as well as quality service.

ESF began turf/grass/sod farming operations in Colorado with the acquisition of 410 acres 25 miles northeast of Denver, next to Box Elder Creek. The creekside soil is sandy loam, which is the perfect medium to grow, harvest, and transplant turfgrasse/sod.

ESF owners and managers have a combined 100 plus years of experience in the turfgrass industry.

ESF is inspected and certified "weed and disease free" by the Colorado Department of Agriculture annually.
